Kubotan Karate Kai are the founding Members of the newest Karate Association in Wales. “Wales Karate Association.” The WKA is an Independent Association not currently affiliated to any World Body, therefore giving its Members immense opportunities for Courses, Seminars and Competitions without breaching any statutes.
